The Casa-Museu Gaudí was the display home in the housing estate promoted by Eusebi Güell in Barcelona's Park Güell, which Gaudí converted into his own private home. It was designed by Francesc Berenguer, Gaudí's friend and collaborator, as a small two-storey house with discreet Modernista forms and built between 1904 and 1906. Gaudí lived there until a few months before his death, when he moved to the workshops at the Sagrada Família.

In his will, Gaudí left the house to the Sagrada Família and it passed through various owners until the Amics de Gaudí association returned it to the Temple. Currently, the Junta Constructora del Temple Expiatori de la Sagrada Família manages the spaces that are open to the public and displays a major series of works by Gaudí - such as the dining table from Casa Batlló, the living room from Casa Calvet and some wardrobes from Casa Milà - as well as works by other contemporaries, such as the painter and designer Aleix Clapés or the architect Josep Vilaseca, and the library of the person who was the Amics de Gaudí secretary for many years, Enric Casanelles.
